Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RepX. By creating an account or using RepX, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RepX. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@info.repx.coach if you believe your account has been compromised.

RepX provides fitness coaching, training plans, and nutrition-related guidance for informational purposes only. RepX is not a medical provider, and nothing in the service is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, are pregnant, or take medication — consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury or other harm. You participate voluntarily and assume those risks. Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

RepX uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching, plans, and related content. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. Treat it as informational guidance only — not as professional medical, dietary, or training advice you should follow without your own judgment.

You remain responsible for how you apply any recommendations from the service.

Some features may require a paid subscription or may be offered during a free trial period. Billing is handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or other payment instrument details.

Fees, renewal, and cancellation are managed through the payment provider’s checkout or customer portal where applicable. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except as the payment provider’s policies or applicable law provide.

You agree not to misuse RepX. That includes attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, accessing accounts that are not yours, using the service for unlawful purposes, or abusing the AI coach in ways that harm the service or other users.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as profile details, goals, chat messages, and logged activity). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that content solely as needed to operate and provide RepX to you — including sending relevant context to third-party AI providers to generate coaching responses.

This license is not a grant for us to sell your content or use it for advertising.

RepX is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of RepX. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (or equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using RepX at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email support@info.repx.coach. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the service or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of RepX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Creating an account means you agree to the Terms in effect at signup.
