RepX (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI-assisted fitness coaching application. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We collect only the information needed to run RepX for you. Depending on how you use the service, that may include:

Account information, such as your email address and authentication credentials.

Profile information, such as your username, age, gender, body metrics (for example weight and height), training experience, goals, and any injuries or constraints you choose to share.

Training and nutrition data, such as your training plan, workouts, exercises, diet logs, and related progress history.

Coach conversations, including messages you send to the AI coach and responses generated for you.

Information needed to secure your account and operate the service, such as session data and functional preferences (for example language and theme).

We use your information to provide and improve the coaching experience: to create and update your training plan, workouts, exercises, and diet tracking; to personalize guidance; to support your account; and to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing profiling.

To generate coaching responses, we send relevant context — such as parts of your profile, training and diet data, and conversation history — to third-party artificial intelligence providers. That processing happens so we can return coaching results to you.

We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing.

Paid subscriptions and related billing are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or other payment instrument details on our systems.

We use third-party providers to host the application, send transactional emails (such as verification and password-reset messages), and — when you use voice features — to convert speech to text. These providers process information only as needed to perform those services for us.

Some of the information you provide — including body metrics and any injuries or constraints note — relates to health or fitness. We use that information only to personalize coaching and related features you request. It is not used for advertising.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you want your account and associated data deleted, email support@info.repx.coach. We will process deletion requests manually and remove your account data from our systems, subject to any limited records we must retain for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact support@info.repx.coach. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

RepX is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not create an account. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We use functional cookies and local storage needed to run the app — for example authentication, language preference, and theme. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies at this time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of RepX after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy. If you create an account, you agree to the Privacy Policy in effect at signup.
